Effective Date: June 2026 | Standard operational frameworks governing all custom production runs, art file submissions, and billing protocols.
1. Industrial Production Workspace
By executing a transaction or uploading a custom design asset to Signature Style & Press, you enter into a binding agreement to operate within our production parameters. This includes acknowledging our 4:30 PM daily line-shift production cutoff for same-day manufacturing schedules.
2. Customer Content & Print Rights
You retain full intellectual property ownership over all graphic files, layout designs, and text assets uploaded into our system. By submitting content, you explicitly warrant that you possess valid commercial distribution rights, licenses, or explicit ownership of the files, and that your assets do not infringe upon any third-party trademarks or copyrights.
3. Limitation of Liability
Signature Style & Press is not responsible for errors resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect transparency layers, or overlapping design grids submitted directly by the client. We manufacture custom prints exactly as received via our digital portal interface unless design assistance tiers are explicitly requested and paid for during configuration.
4. Payment Terms & Account Settlement
All custom manufacturing sheets and apparel blanks runs must be fully settled at the point of checkout before physical printing queue allocation. Wholesale volume accounts operating under commercial tier contracts are subject to localized billing terms agreed upon during enrollment.
