1. Parcel Shipping & Transit Options

All standard shipments are systematically packed on high-stability protective rolls to prevent wrinkling or creasing during distribution. We offer standard ground transit (3 to 5 business days) along with expedited express overnight shipping options across the United States. Tracking credentials are auto-generated and dispatched to your registered email address the moment your shipping label is generated on our production floor.

2. Lubbock Studio Pickup

For local commercial clients and creators selecting the local pickup option, orders completed within our 4:30 PM cutoff line will be staged and ready for pickup at our Lubbock studio location. You will receive an automated notification stating your manufacturing run is secured and ready for pickup.

3. Custom Manufacturing Policy

Because every direct-to-film transfer and custom apparel run is manufactured using unique digital assets provided directly by the customer, all completed sales are final. Signature Style & Press cannot reclaim, modify, or resell custom items once production is executed. Please carefully verify your sizing parameters, layout spacing, and file details before finalizing checkout.

4. Defect & Reprint Guarantee

We stand fully behind our technical production quality. If your shipment arrives with structural manufacturer anomalies, layout printing discrepancies caused by our hardware, or transit-related damage, notify our team within 7 business days of delivery tracking confirmation. Verified structural defects will be routed into our expedited priority production lane for a complimentary reprint run.
