📋 What file formats are preferred for production?

Transparent PNG files saved at 300 DPI are highly recommended for crisp results. We prioritize maximum fine-detail replication, vibrant CMYK+White coverage, and clean edge profiles across all submissions.

🎨 What happens if my file has a background or low resolution?

Our Gang Sheet Builder checks every graphic the moment you upload it. If we detect a solid background, that graphic gets flagged right on your sheet — select it and you'll see a one-click "Add Background Removal" button appear in the editor panel for $15, no email or back-and-forth required.

If a graphic is lower resolution than ideal for the size you've placed it at, we'll flag that too, so you can size it down or swap in a sharper file before it prints. Either way, you'll get a heads-up before checkout if anything on your sheet still needs attention.

🕒 What is the turnaround time for local orders?

Orders submitted by 4:30 PM qualify for same-day local production and pickup processing right here in Lubbock, Texas. Nationwide shipping options are also dispatched daily.

🔥 What parameters do I use to press these transfers?

Apply medium-to-heavy pressure (6-8 PSI) at 300°F to 320°F (148°C to 160°C) for 12 to 15 seconds. Perform a reliable hot or cold peel, then finish with a 5-second second press using a parchment or teflon sheet to lock in maximum wash durability.
